Press office of “Dinamo” reported that 20-year-old defender Nika Chanturia will captain “Dinamo” Tbilisi in the second circle of Georgian national Championship.

Chanturia made comment about this fact:

“First of all, it is a great honor for me. However it is very responsible. To be a captain of “Dinamo” is not an easy thing, but I will try to cope with this difficult mission. Thanks to the players, coaches, officials, who expressed such confidence towards me. I want to thank all the people, including “Dinamo” fans, who will take this decision positively.

In my opinion, the gathering is planned perfectly. There are many interesting friendly matches.

“Sturm” was the first opponent for “Dinamo”. Many new players played. There were mistakes as well. I think, that the match against “Sturm” was good. “Sparta” Prague is the most difficult opponent. Against such strong rival will reveal our real power.”
