Polls to begin on worldsport.ge
Readers of “World Sport” will reveal the best Georgian football player of 2014
From now on, so-called survey page will take an important place on worldsport.ge.
Football player who receives the most votes of the fans is awarded with “World Sport Cup” since 2006.
During the first 5 years survey system was: our editorial staff was choosing 22 best football players of the year and later, fans named the best.
Another point has been added to the survey system since 2011 – different public figures are also naming best five players (1st number receives 10 points, 2nd – 5, 3rd – 3, 4th – 2, 5th – 1). The best five players will be revealed and fans will start voting after that.
Like 2013, we are revealing the best football player of 2014 in February and we have some reasons for that. We wanted to prepare the above-mentioned survey page which will be very active during the whole year.
At the beginning of March you will find out how the 2015 poll will be held (you can name your favorite every month).
The best five football players were revealed on February 25 and you can vote for your favorite one until 23:59 of February 28.
Readers of worldsport.ge and newspaper “World Sport” will be able to keep an eye on this process.
The first coaches of winner football player will receive 150 GEL every month.
“World Sport” hopes for your support and participation in this project.
