20-year-old Giorgi Kvilitaia was in Swiss “Grasshopper” during a week, however the contract with the club was not signed due to his trauma. He has groin trauma and about 1 month he cannot train.
Kvilitaia said in the conversation with “World Sport” that he was going to “Grasshopper” directly on contract:
“I have joined the Swiss club at the meeting in Turkey. I have trained for 2 days and I had a terrible pain on groin. Treatment needs 2 weeks and 2 weeks are needed for rehabilitation. So, I will start full time trainings in a month. The talk was about 6-month plus 3-year contract, but unfortunately, it has been frustrated”.
Giorgi told us that joining “Grasshopper” is possible in summer too. Before this he will stay in “Dila”.
“Grasshopper” is a club of great history. It always takes part at Euro Cups and now is in the 4th place in the Swiss Super League. “Grasshopper” is coached by Michael Skibbe, former coach of “Dortmund”.
