Levan Kobiashvili, former football player of the Georgia national team, who is going to participate in presidential elections of the Georgian Football Federation, is criticizing current leadership of GFF publicly. Kobiashvili made a statement regarding Murtaz Daushvili and Jaba Kankava’s incidents. According to Kobiashvili, current leadership has no moral right to run the federation and calls for early elections.
“The Georgian Football Federation showed once again its irresponsibility and lack of professionalism when players of the national team missed qualifying matches. The leadership of the federation has no moral right to head the federation. They must apologize fans and appoint elections”, - Levan Kobiashvili wrote on his official Facebook page.
