Gaioz Nigalidze Is not Allowed to Play till the End of 2016

Georgian chess player, international grandmaster, Georgian champion Gaioz Nigalidze is disqualified and is not allowed to play chess till the end of 2016. Sopo Nikoladze, press attaché of the Georgian Chess Federation, informed “World Sport”.

“The leadership of the Georgian Chess Federation passed the most loyal sentence on Nigalidze which FIDE (World Chess Federation) will confirm in the next few days, - stated Nikoladze.

In April 2015 Gaioz Nigalidze used a smartphone chess app to analyze the game of his opponent Tigran Petrosian of Armenia at the Dubai Open.
