The team, trained by Aleksandre Chivadze, arrived with a good mood in Senec, Slovakia. The Georgians defeated Luxemburg 3:0 4 days ago and started the qualifying circle successfully. Slovakia also won over Luxemburg in June 7:1 and took the first place due to better difference in balls.
The match turned out to be equal. Both of teams had moments. Among the guests, Chanturia and Kazaishvili (“Vitesse”) were active and among the hosts – Lalkovic and Schranz.
The only goal was scored at the 18th minute, when Lalkovic send the ball from the left corner. Georgian defenders made mistake in the defense center and Adam Zrelak sent the ball to the goal.
After the second round, Slovakia and Holland are the leaders with 6-6 points. Apprentices of Chivadze will held the next match against Holland on October 10, in Tbilisi.
