Sergey Feldman, general director of “SKA-Energiya” Khabarovsk, stated that the club has not violated anything in the case of Shota Grigalashvili. “SKA-Energiya” plans a play-off match against “Rostov” on May 30. The fourth place may be taken from the club and “Baltika” will play instead of it.

Feldman: “We have not violated anything. I have all necessary documents and I will present them at the Russian Football Union. The article showed up in the newspaper at midnight. Open FIFA and the Russian Football Union regulations and read chapter III, article IV, paragraph V. Football player does not have a right to play for three clubs in one season at one tournament. In Russia Grigalashvili played only for “Alania” and “SKA-Energiya”. He was not on the list of the Georgian Championship and played only at Euro qualifying.

It is true – when Grigalashvili transferred to “Alania”, he had played for “Dila” only at Europa League.

Feldman was asked if Grigalashvili would play against “Rostov”:

“Of course he will, why not?! We are not afraid of anybody. I repeat, “SKA-Energiya” has not violated anything”.

Vladimir Igolinsk, press attaché of “SKA-Energiya”: “It is interesting why nobody said anything when Grigalashvili held the first match in our team?! He has not played the championship in “Dila”. He played only at Europa League”.

“The case of Grigalashvili” will be discussed at the Russian Football Union today.
