Pele (Edson Arantes do Nascimento), the legendary Brazilian football player, the “King of Football” comes to our country at the end of October.

Pedro Cabral da Silva, agent of FIFA, arrived in Tbilisi this morning, who confirmed the forthcoming visit of 72-year-old Pele to Georgia. He will negotiate with the Georgian side and will make agreement on the details of the visit of “King of Football”.

The legendary Brazilian football player will attend the international tournament in Tbilisi and Kutaisi, in which youth teams of Georgia, Brazil, Argentina and Hungary will participate. The tournament will be held from October 26 until November 2 and it will be dedicated to the 150 anniversary of the World football and 110-year anniversary of the Georgian football.
