Nukri Revishvili will start a new season in Russia and perhaps, it will be Premier League. The club is not known yet because the negotiations are under way. Revishvili provided timesofmalta with this information.

Revishvili, Irakli Maisuradze and Abayomi Owonikoko have become champions of Malta and on May 1 they will play “Sliema Wanderers” in Cup final.

Revishvili: “I received offer from Malta in January. I thought several days and agreed. “Valletta” was 6 points behind leader “Birkirkara” and it was not a small difference but we had to fight for the championship.

… Malta was a challenge. I like challenges and that is why I am in “Valletta” now. I see professionalism here. They work for success together.

… When the last round match finished against “Birkirkara” I was very happy because we were champions. It was an important match in my career. We were in the second place but in the last round we beat the leader and took the first place.

… I will start the next season in Russia where I have spent the most part of my career. Now I am very happy that I contributed to the victory of “Valletta”. I have a lot of friends here. I want to wish good luck to my teammates. I will never forget Malta”.

“Valletta” offered a new contract to the Georgian but he will transfer to one of the Russian clubs.
