In the 29th round of Ukrainian Premier Liga, the most “Georgian” match took place in Mariupol where “Illichivets” of Davit Targamadze and Tornike Okriashvili lost to “Zorya” of Jaba Lipartia 1:2.
All three Georgians participated in the match. Targamadze and Okriashvili played for the whole match. Lipartia showed up at overtime. “Illichivets” has 38 points and is in the 8th place. “Zorya” is in the 10th place with 34 points.
One of the central matches of the round was held in Kharkiv where “Metalist” defeated “Dnipro” Dnipropetrovsk 2:1. Jaba Kankava played for the whole match. Sandro Kobakhidze was a substitute. “Dnipro” is in the 4th place with 53 points.
The last round matches were held in Turkish Super Lig. “Kayserispor” of Zurab Khizanishvili beat “Besiktas” 2:0 and is in the 5th place with 52 points. The Georgian defender played for 90 minutes. “Kasimpasa” coached by Shota Arveladze is in the 6th place. The team of Shota won over “Istanbul” 2:1.
