Recently, a lot of information has been spread about Tornike Okriashvili, midfielder of the Georgian national team and “Genk” of Belgium. The agent of the Georgian told Belgian voetbalkrant.com that European clubs were interested in Okriashvili but he preferred to play in Belgium.

“Russian, English and German clubs were interested in Tornike but the football player refused a lot of money. Okriashvili realized that playing in Belgium would be more sensible”, - stated Mama Amirov.

The Belgian site cites the words of Jacob Gunther, technical director of “Genk”: “We did not even hesitate when we heard that Okriashvili wanted to leave Ukraine. We immediately added him. Tornike proved his ability in the match against France”.
