As it was expected, Giorgi Chanturia will officially become a football player of “Cluj” in the next few days. The official site of “Cluj” confirmed it. Giorgi just need to pass drug test.
The contract is till the end of the season. Carlo Cavalieri, agent of Chanturia, hopes the Georgian football player will play for any club of Serie A since summer. “Verona” is the most probable option.
“Cluj” is in the 7th place in Romanian Liga 1. The club has become champion of the country 3 times in the last 5 years – in 2008, 2010 and 2012. At the group stage of Champions League “Cluj” defeated “Roma” and “Manchester United”.
