Oleksandr Sevidov, head coach of “Karpaty” Lviv, thinks that Jaba Kankava, football player of “Dnipro” Dnepropetrovsk, is the best defensive midfielder of the current season of Ukrainian Championship.

Midfielder of “Dnipro” Jaba Kankava is the best “backbone”. He wins a lot of fights and that’s why I think that he is the best in the first half of the Ukrainian Championship” – said Sevidov.

Kankava hold 14 matches this season and played in the lineup 13 times.
