According to Guram Kashia, captain of “Vitesse” Arnhem, Merab Zhordania remains boss of the Dutch club.
“As I know, it is a business-operation. Merab is owner again. He told me the situation would not change” – Dutch internet portals voetbalzone.nl and omroepgelderland.nl cite the words of Kashia.
According to head coach Peter Bosz, he does not worry about the changes in the club:
“I have no problem and Merab is an important person. He told me the contract between us stays the same. There are not a lot of changes”.
On 22 October Zhordania sold shares of “Vitesse” to Russian millionaire Alexander Chigirinskiy.
According to the Dutch press, Chigirinskiy will head “Vitesse” from abroad. General manager Joost de Wit, commercial director Peter Gansler and technical director Mo Allach will decide a lot of things in the club.
