Gocha Khojava signed one-year contract with AEK Larnaca of Cyprus. The club took the 8th place in the country.
Khojava played for “Dila” Gori. Before that, he played in “Anorthosis”, “Tbilisi”, “Merani” Tbilisi, “Rostov”, “Olimpi” Rustavi, “Anzhi”, “Volga”, “SKA-Energiya” and “Alania”. He has also held two matches in the national team.
AEK played in the group stage of Europa League in 2011-2012. The club played draws with “Schalke” and “Steaua”. The Larnaca club won the Cypriot Cup in 2004.
