Russian internet portal sportbox.ru named the 2013 symbolic team of the legionaries. Jano Ananidze, midfielder of the Georgian national team and “Rostov”, is in the symbolic team too.  

The symbolic team includes the football players from the post-Soviet countries and the mentioned portal called it the CIS team. However, Georgia, Estonia and Moldova are not members of the CIS.

Here is the 2013 symbolic team:

Syarhey Vyeramko (“Krylia Sovetov”, Belarus), Alexandru Epureanu (“Dinamo”/”Anzhi”, Moldova), Alexandre Martinovic (“Krasnodar”, Belarus), Vitaliy Denisov (“Lokomotiv”, Kazakhstan), Timofei Kalachev (“Rostov”, Belarus), Anton Putsila (“Volga”, Belarus), Jano Ananidze (“Spartak”/”Rostov”, Georgia), Konstantin Vasilyev (“Amkar”, Estonia), Aras Ozbiliz (“Kuban”/”Spartak”, Armenia), Andriy Voronin (“Dinamo”, Ukraine), Yura Movsisyan (“Spartak”, Armenia).

“It was tough for the weak midfielder to get in lineup of “Spartak”. The Georgian midfielder was considered as a rotation player. Ananidze has become a lineup player in “Rostov”. In the current season he has made 7 goal assists. He is only behind Ivelin Popov” – sportbox.ru writes about Ananidze.
