According to Aleksandre Chivadze, head coach of the Georgian U-21 team, lack of playing experience is the main problem of his team. He stated about it at the press conference on the Mikheil Meskhi stadium.

On November 14 the Georgian team will play Scotland in the qualifying round of European Championship 2015. On November 18 the Georgians will host Slovakia in Gori. The team of Chivadze will depart for Scotland on 11 November. Before that, Chivadze met journalists.  

Aleksandre Chivadze: “Unfortunately, yesterday we received an official letter from “Hajduk” Split that Giorgi Iluridze is injured and will not be able to help his team in the next two matches. Lasha Tvildiani will not play because his injury has worsened. Nika Dzalamidze cannot arrive because he must be operated on. We had Akaki Shulaia on the list but he is also injured. Do you know what the main problem is in our team? When Kvilitaia played against Scotland, he has not been in lineup of “Dila” Gori for two months. I asked him to play for the second team of “Dila”. I attended the match between “Lokomotiv” Tbilisi and “Dila 2” in Saguramo. The Gori club won 4:3 and Kvilitaia scored all 4 goals. Mamuka Kobakhidze is injured. Giorgi Papava cannot get in lineup of “Dinamo” and Davit Skhirtladze - in lineup of “Aarhus”. Giorgi Chanturia does not play in lineup of “Vitesse”. Vako Kazaishvili scored a beautiful goal but he does not have playing practice. Nika Kvekveskiri and Tedo Grigalashvili had red cards and I asked disciplinary committee to let them play in the reserve team”.

- You won over Scotland in Tbilisi but perhaps, you expect another play from the opponent away.

- Scotland does not have a bad team. It will be a tough match. We both have equal points and this match is very important. Scotland has a fighting team.

- Will draw satisfy you?

- Draw will not be bad but we are orientated on victory. If we win in Scotland and beat Slovakia on 18 November, we will take the second place in the group.

- Will Jano Ananidze play?

- Jano called and told us he will arrive.

- How can the Georgians achieve success in Scotland?

- We must be mobilized. We will arrive in Scotland on 11 November and we will have 2 days for the preparation. We watched the matches of the Scots.

- Why did you choose to play against Slovakia in Gori?

- There is a good field and conditions in Gori. Hopefully, spectators will come to the stadium. Besides that, the Georgian U-19 team will play in the qualifying round of European Championship on “Mikheil Meskhi”.
