Archil Arveladze, sports director of Georgian Football Federation, told “World Sport” what he would do on a new position.

Archil Arveladze: “First of all, I want to thank Zviad Sichinava for appointing me on this position. My duties are interrelation with age and national teams, selection, organization of meetings, arranging of technical and sport issues”.

- The position of GFF sports director has not existed before. Was it necessary to create it?

- This position is in every federation abroad. Before that Nika Chkheidze, technical director of the federation, arranged sports and technical issues. Now we will work together.

- Was this position necessary to make working in the age and the national teams coordinated?

- Coordinated work was in the national team. Murtaz Khurtsilava, honorary vice-president of the federation, Aleksandre Chivadze, coach of the youth team, Temur Ketsbaia and Nika Chkheidze were involved in this work. Now I joined them.
