Ketsbaia Is not Pleased

Despite beating Gibraltar in Euro 2016 qualifying match, Temur Ketsbaia, head coach of the Georgian national team, is not pleased with the game of his players.

In the third round match of Euro 2016 qualifying group stage “Crusaders” defeated Gibraltar 3:0 and celebrated the first victory in the group.

“We have won but to tell the truth, I am not pleased with the game of my team. The first 30 minutes was good. While the break I told my football players they must be focused on the match not only 30 minutes but 95 as well. We should have scored more because we do not know what situation will be in the group. Gibraltar could have minimized the score. We gained 3 points and Gibraltar played better than in the match against Poland” – stated Ketsbaia.

On November 14 Poland national team, leader of Group D, will visit Tbilisi. The head coach of “Crusaders” also talked about the future match:

“Poland is our future opponent and we want to achieve good result. We are in technically good shape. If my players play Poland the way they played Scotland, we will achieve positive result.”
