“It was unexpected and unbelievable outcome. After losing the last two matches Georgia needed today’s victory. This victory gives us strength and self-confidence. We are not a high level team but what we have achieved is a great joy for us”, - Mundo Deportivo cites the words of Vladimir Weiss.

The Georgia national team beat Spain by Tornike Okriashvili’s only goal and achieved the biggest victory in history of the independent Georgian football.
