Giorgi Popkhadze will continue his career in “Jagiellonia” Bialystok.

According to the official website of “Jagiellonia”, 28-year-old Georgian defender signed the contract with the club until June 2015. Defender of “Jagiellonia” Marek Wasiluk injured his cross tendons and Popkhadze will replace him.

In 2013-2014 Popkhadze hold 35 matches for “Jagiellonia”, played 26 times in the Championship, 5 times at the Cup and 4 times in reserve team.

He started this season in “Sioni” Bolnisi and hold the first circle there. Until the last time, he practiced in “Dinamo” Minsk, but the transfer in the Belarusian club did not take place.
