The Arnhem court did not satisfy suit of Merab Jordania, former owner of “Vitesse”, and the Georgian is not allowed to attend home matches and to enter the base.
In March 2014 Jordania threatened Joost de Wit, executive director of “Vitesse”, to cut off his fingers. De Wit brought suit against Jordania. The court forbade Jordania to enter “GelreDome” and “Vitesse” training base during three years.
On Tuesday the lawyer of the Georgian was claiming that his client just joked but according to internet portal gelderlander.nl, the judge thought it was a serious threat. Moreover, Jordania did the same in December.
